Shipping & delivery
Swiss delivery with DPD
Delivery methods and charges depend on your address and basket contents. They are shown before you confirm the order. We will not add extra charges without your agreement.
Timing: preparation and transit
For in-stock items, we aim to prepare orders within 1–2 working days after payment validation. DPD national transit normally takes 1–2 working days after the parcel is handed over. These estimates are not a guarantee of delivery on a particular date or at a particular time. Weekends, public holidays, specific locations and transport disruptions may extend the time.
A specific indication on the product page or at checkout takes precedence. We will contact you if we learn of a significant delay affecting your order. Contact us to agree a solution to a delay; your statutory rights remain reserved.
Pre-orders and mixed orders
An estimated arrival date refers to the stock reaching MaxKiwi, not to delivery at your address. It may change. If no date is available, the product page states “Arrival date to be confirmed”. Orders containing in-stock items and pre-orders are normally dispatched together when all items are available. For separate dispatch, contact us: we will explain the options and any extra charges before you agree. You can cancel items not yet dispatched under our refund policy.
Tracking, address and delivery
A tracking link is provided when available. Check your full address, the name on the letterbox and useful delivery contact details. Address changes, further delivery attempts and collection options depend on the DPD service and the choices offered in tracking. If you personally authorise a delivery without signature, choose a secure location suitable for the contents and consider the terms of that authorisation.
Food and packaging
We adapt packaging to its contents, especially jars, bottles and fragile items. Standard DPD transport does not imply a cold chain. Goods requiring temperature control need an appropriate delivery method presented before checkout; they must not be sent using an unsuitable service. Arrange to receive fresh goods and follow the label’s storage instructions immediately on arrival.
Damaged, missing or undelivered parcels
Contact us promptly with your order number. Keep packaging and take photos where it is safe to do so. MaxKiwi handles the necessary steps with the carrier. See also Refunds & returns.
Carrier arrangements are available in the DPD Switzerland terms. They do not remove your rights against MaxKiwi or our obligations as seller.
