Terms & conditions
1. Seller and scope
MaxKiwi is operated by Sapla Carvalho Pereira Trading SNC, c/o ExpertFid & Audit SA, Rue des Alpes 11, 1700 Fribourg, Switzerland. These terms apply to purchases on maxkiwi-shop.ch for Swiss delivery. The seller’s email contact is in our legal notice; you may also use our contact form.
2. Products and accounts
Product pages describe the items. Some products are restricted to signed-in customers and resellers. Reseller status and pricing require MaxKiwi’s approval. Review ingredients, allergens and storage instructions. Contact us if information essential to your purchase is missing. Product characteristics promised at sale remain binding; a packaging change does not permit a product substitution without your agreement.
3. Prices and ordering steps
Consumer prices are in Swiss francs and include compulsory supplements and applicable VAT. Any delivery charge is shown separately before confirmation. Reseller pricing corresponds to the approved signed-in account.
Add items to your basket, adjust quantities, review your details and order summary, then select delivery and payment. You can go back and correct errors before confirming with an obligation to pay. An acknowledgement is sent promptly by email. The contract is accepted when MaxKiwi confirms processing or dispatch. If an item is unavailable or there is an obvious error, we contact you; items not supplied are refunded.
4. Payment
The methods available for your order appear at checkout. Displaying a payment logo does not guarantee that a wallet is available on every device or for every order. Advance payment may be required, including for pre-orders. MaxKiwi does not store your full card number or security code.
5. Delivery and pre-orders
Timing, charges, mixed orders and DPD arrangements are explained in Shipping & delivery. Arrival dates are indicative. An unspecified date does not promise immediate availability. Undispatched pre-orders can be cancelled without charge.
6. Returns and defects
Our Refunds & returns page includes a voluntary 14-day return for eligible goods and explains remedies for defects. Mandatory and statutory warranty rights remain applicable. A food item’s shelf life depends on its nature, label and compliance with storage conditions.
7. Data, law and disputes
Our privacy policy explains personal data processing. Swiss law applies, subject to mandatory rules. Mandatory consumer jurisdictions remain reserved. Contact us if a problem arises so that we can seek an amicable solution. The version of the terms accepted when ordering applies to that order.
